DESCRIPTION
Filling and decorative plaster (stippled finish), for airless application. Alltek Spray Alpha Plus Décor is a ready-to-use white plaster.
Alltek Spray Alpha Plus Décor is a sold in a returnable or paperboard 112 l drum compatible with our Tyrex system.

USE
  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Perfect for rough concrete due to its filling capacity.
  • Stippled effect can be achieved with spray head mounted on the airless spray gun.
  • No smoothing required, the coating swells in airless application, producing on drying slightly stippled, regular surface that can be coated by all types of paint.
  • Manual application possible.
Typical spreadability 0.6 to 0.9 kg/m² per layer depending on smoothness of substrate.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,3 mm
  • Max. thickness: 3 mm

  • 12 to 24 h on average, depending on application thickness, temperature, ventilation, humidity and substrate type. Sanding and recoating: after complete drying.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
  • Returnable, stackable 112 l plastic drum with protective cover.
  • Shelf life is 9 months in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
  • VOC content: < 1 g/l.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Rough formwork.
  • Terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Xtreme 60 pump system with 112 l drum (contact us).
  • Airless 27 to 45 nozzles, depending on condition of substrate and equipment used (follow the manufacturer’s advice).
  • Flexible smoothing knife of “Parfaitliss” type or similar (up to 1 metre wide on ceilings).
  • Consult us for stippled finish.
  • Sanding with grain size 150 to 220.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
