DESCRIPTION

Alltek LM200 ROLLMAX is a lightweight filling compound, low-shrinkage ready-mixed paste. Quick and easy roller application. The 17L bucket delivers superior coverage — ideal for use with a wide roller on large surface areas.

USE

  • Interior plaster for walls and ceilings on all common substrates.
  • Surface renovation for smooth coats on glass fiber or droplet-textured wall coverings.
  • Roller application (widths up to 300 mm) and very easy smoothing.
  • Suitable for application in thick layers.

  • 24 h on average, depending on application thickness, temperature, ventilation, humidity and substrate type. Sanding and recoating: after complete drying.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Supports :

  • Concrete, brick, and terracotta tile, plaster, plaster block, plasterboard (drywall).
  • For renovation: over fibreglass wall covering (glass fabric) or textured/structured coatings.
  • Wood and wood-based panels (previously primed), and old paint coatings that are sound and well-adhered.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work, and application conditions must comply with the DTU and current standards.

Application tips:

  • Mix/stir before use if necessary, and dip a black-fibre polyamide roller (180 to 300 mm) into the coating, then apply generously to the substrate.
  • Smooth the coating using a flexible-blade spatula and, if necessary, sand after complete drying.
  • Sanding with grit P220 to P240.

Recommendations :

  • Ventilate the room during application and drying.
  • Use clean, properly maintained PPE: gloves and eye protection designed against liquid splashes, and a mask during sanding operations.
  • To clean tools, scrape off excess product and soak in a minimum amount of water.
  • Do not dispose of residues down the drain. Dispose of contents/container at a hazardous or special waste collection facility.
  • Store away from frost and heat.
  • Reseal the container tightly after use.
  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and speed up drying.
