Protection of personal data

International Coating Products pays particular attention to the protection of the personal data of each user of the Site (hereinafter referred to as “the Users”) and undertakes to ensure the best level of protection of such data in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on information technology, files and freedoms (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Act”) and of European Regulation 2016/79 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“GDPR”).

The data controller’s identity

International Coating Products is a simplified joint-stock company with capital of 239,936 euros, whose registered office is at Z.A. Le Grand Blossieu – 01150 Lagnieu,

France, registered to the Bourg-en-Bresse trade and commerce register under number 350 096 277, and is responsible for the processing of your data.

Purposes of the processing and the type of data collected

Data collected via the Site and the purposes for its collection are as follows:

 

Surnames, first names, telephone numbers, postal addresses, email addresses are data that we collect in order to perform commercial exchanges between the User (as customer) and the company, to enable the User/customer to receive their legal commercial documents, and with their consent, to be kept up to date with the latest news from International Coating Products and the Alltek brand in order to benefit from any promotional offers on our products.

 

 

The User/customer may object at any time to the receipt of new commercial communications from International Coating Products by clicking on the hyperlink contained in each email sent by the latter to the User/customer at the email address provided by the User/customer when they created their account.

 

 

Surnames, first names, email addresses, postal addresses and telephone numbers are data that we collect as part of any request by the User (on the Internet) to International Coating Products for information and/or contact using the dedicated form that would enable the latter to respond to the User.

 

 

Surnames, first names, gender, email addresses, postal addresses, telephone numbers, academic levels attained, experience levels, most recent profession, availability, curriculum vitae and cover letter are data that we collect when a User (on the Internet) sends a non-solicited employment application to International Coating Products using the contact form, and which enables the latter to assess the candidate’s ability to occupy a job position, taking into account the candidate’s skills, training and professional experience, to schedule an interview, to enter into exchanges with the candidate and, with the candidate’s agreement, to send the candidate new offers corresponding to the candidate’s profile.

The User may object to the receipt of new job vacancies by email at any time by clicking on the hyperlink contained in each email sent to the User by International Coating Products at the email address provided by the User when sending their application.

 

All the data listed above is necessary for the processing of a request and/or enquiry. In the event that the fields marked with an asterisk are not fully completed in by the User (on the Internet), it will not be possible to process their request.

 

Data Retention Period

Any of the User’s data that has been collected using the contact form will be deleted if the User submits a deletion request to the Company as soon as it has been processed and  International Coating Products has given an appropriate response to the User.

 

Recipients

Users’ data collected via the Site and the contact form are solely intended for the marketing and sales departments of International Coating Products.

This data may, where appropriate, be passed on to any subcontractor of International Coating Products who may be acting on behalf of International Coating Products and on its sole instructions.

Subject to their consent, Users’ data may be transmitted to business partners of International Coating Products.

 

Users’ Rights

In accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR, any User whose data has been collected by International Coating Products via the Site has a right to query, access, rectify and erase their data, as well as a right to restrict and object to the processing of their data.

Any User may exercise their rights by sending a request to: personaldata.GDPR@icp-alltek.com

Any request must:

  • Include the surnames, first names and email addresses of the User who wishes to exercise their rights

 

  • Be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of the identity card of the User concerned, bearing the User’s signature and;

 

  • specifying the exact address to which confirmation that the request is under consideration will be sent.

A response will normally be sent to the User within two (2) months of receipt of the request by International Coating Products.

 

Transfers outside the European Union

No data collected from Users via the Site will be transmitted by International Coating Products to companies and/or authorities located in countries outside the European Union.
