DESCRIPTION

Alltek NL100 is a ready mixed, bright white washable plaster.
It has a particularly high resistance to wet abrasion: class A as per the standard NFT 30-608. Alltek NL100 is certified according to the Netherlands standard COT 83.00 due to its very good mechanical properties.

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • For bubbling and raking before painting, wallpaper and wall coverings.
  • In the sprayed state for a textured finish.
  • Recommended for busy communal areas (staircases, corridors) and for damp rooms (kitchens, bathrooms) subject to high mechanical loads.
  • Alltek NL100 can be used in environments with chlorinated atmospheres.
  • Can be coated with all types of coverings and paints (matt, satin or gloss).
Typical spreadability 0.7 to 1.5 kg/m² per layer depending on substrate and desired finish.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Poured concrete, rough concrete.
  • Terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Stir before use if necessary.
  • Spraying machine nozzle 3 to 6 mm, depending on condition of substrate and equipment used (follow the manufacturer’s advice).
  • Suitable high-pressure airless screw pump spraying machine (contact us).
  • Smoothing blades of all sizes.
  • If sanding is required, it should be performed no later than 48 hours after application.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
