DESCRIPTION

Lightweight plaster for repairs and skimming for manual application. Alltek Exterior is a ready-to-use grey plaster.

USE

  • Interior and exterior plaster for walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Especially suited for sealing cracks due to its great flexibility.
  • Alltek Exterior can be mixed with 10% Portland cement to improve its resistance to water and for greater application thicknesses.
  • Smooth finish after smoothing and sanding.
  • For external use, Alltek Exterior must be top coated.
Typical spreadability 1 litre/m² per mm of thickness.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,3 mm
  • Max. thickness: 3 mm

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Alltek Exterior is a plaster with natural, light fillers.
  • Easy to apply.
  • Outstanding flexibility.
  • Excellent adhesive properties. > 1.1 MPa.
  • Fire rating: A2-s1, d0 as per European standard EN 13501-1.
  • Classification: group III class 2 and group IV class 4b as per the standard AFNOR NF T 36-005.
  • Product complies with standard NF EN 16566.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

  • 10 liters plastic bucket (réf. 102443).
  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

  • VOC content: < 1 g/l.
  • Indoor Air Emission Class

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Application on all substrates: concrete, aerated concrete, mortar, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard, cement, cinder blocks, bricks.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Plastering knife.
  • Plaster trowel.
  • Flexible “Biflex” trowel or similar
  • Sanding with grain size P100 to P150.

Recommendations:

  • Do not apply Alltek Exterior to damp substrates.
