DESCRIPTION
Alltek Spray Alpha Plus Decor for Damp Rooms is a ready mixed, white washable plaster.
Its resistance to wet abrasion is class B as per the standard NF T 30-608.
Alltek Spray Alpha Plus Decor for Damp Rooms is delivered in a returnable or paperboard drum suited for our Tyrex system.

USE
  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • For bubbling and raking before painting, wallpaper and wall coverings.
  • Stippled effect can be achieved with spray head mounted on the airless spray gun.
  • Recommended for busy communal areas (staircases, corridors) and for damp rooms (kitchens, bathrooms).
  • Can be coated with all matt and satin paints, waxes and varnishes.
Typical spreadability 0.7 to 1.5 kg/m² per layer depending on smoothness of substrate.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,4 mm
  • Max. thickness: 3 mm

  • 12 to 24 h on average, depending on application thickness, temperature, ventilation, humidity and substrate type. Sanding and recoating: after complete drying.

  • Min. thickness: 0,4 mm
  • Max. thickness: 3 mm

CHARACTERISTICS
  • Ready to use.
  • Easy to apply.
  • Outstanding filling and finish.
  • Excellent adhesive properties: on rough concrete > 2.5 N/mm². Very good spreading power.
  • Possible to colour as needed (pastel paints).
  • Fire rating: A2-s1, d0 as per European standard EN 13501-1.
  • Classification: group III class 2 as per the standard AFNOR NF T 36-005, in compliance with the standard AFNOR NF T 30-608

PACKAGING AND STORAGE
  • Returnable, stackable 112 l plastic drum with protective cover.
  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
  • VOC content: < 2 g/l.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Poured concrete, rough concrete.
  • Terracotta bricks and tiles, plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard.
  • Wood and wood products, old painted substrates in good condition

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Xtreme 60 pump system with 112 l drum (contact us).
  • Airless 31 to 45 nozzles, depending on condition of substrate and equipment used (follow the manufacturer's advice).
  • Consult us for stippled finish.
  • Smoothing blades of all sizes.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
