Drying

• 24 h on average, depending on application thickness, temperature, ventilation, humidity and substrate type. Sanding and recoating: after complete drying.

Substrates:

• Plasterboard.

Preparation of substrate:

• The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.
• The plasterboard must be fixed and compliant with DTU 25-41.

Application tips:

• Plaster over any screw heads.
• Manual or machine application with a high pressure pump, with nozzle sizes 531 to 535.
• Manual application with Bazooka or supplied by high pressure pump (APLA-TECH system) possible.
• Manually plaster the feathered plasterboard section with Alltek Tekjoint Lite (or Alltek Joint 2010 / Alltek Blue Hydro), then press on the jointing tape with the same plaster. Fill the joint mechanically using a loaded Bazooka and press down the tape with a plastering knife.
• After drying, skim once or twice manually or mechanically with the finishing attachments.
• Sanding with grain size 100 to 150

Recommendations:

• Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
