DESCRIPTION

Ultralight plaster for repair and smoothing, for manual application. Alltek UL is a ready-to-use white plaster. It is shrinkage-free and does not require sanding.

USE

  • Ideal for paint finish for grouting.
  • For a neat finish, sanding may be necessary.
  • On interior and exterior painted woodwork.
  • For external use, Alltek UL must be top coated.
Typical spreadability 1 liter/m² per mm of thickness.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,1 mm
  • Max. thickness: 15 mm

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Alltek UL is a plaster with natural, ultralight fillers.
  • Exceptionally easy to apply.
  • Excellent adhesive properties.
  • No shrinkage
  • Fire rating: A2-s1, d0 as per European standard EN 13501-1.
  • Classification: family III class 2 and family IV class 4b according to the AFNOR NF T 36-005 standard.
  • Product complies with standard NF EN 16566.

  • 310 ml cartbridge (réf. 102839).
  • 1 liter pot (réf.101013).
  • 4 liters plastic bucket (réf. 101011).
  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard, cement rendering, old walls, old paintwork, grainy wood, internal/external painted woodwork.
  • On powdery substrates, apply a fixative.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Plastering knife.
  • Work the product with a plastering knife before use.
  • If necessary, add a little water then stir.
  • Sanding with grain size P100 to P150.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
