Manual lightweight fine skimming plaster

DESCRIPTION

Lightweight fine skimming plaster for manual application. Alltek LF50 is a ready-to-use white plaster for use on substrates with calcium carbonate fillers and other selected light fillers.

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Enables creation of type A paint finishes.
Typical spreadability 1 liter/m² per mm of thickness.
Recommended thicknesses
  • Min. thickness: 0,1 mm
  • Max. thickness: 1 mm
Packaging
  • 4 liters plastic bucket (réf. 101203).
  • 10 liters plastic bucket (réf. 101010).

CHARACTERISTICS

  • Easy to apply.
  • Excellent adhesive properties.
  • Fire rating: A2-s1, d0 as per European standard EN 13501-1.
  • Classification : group III class 2 as per the standard AFNOR NF T 36-005.
  • Product complies with standard NF EN 16566.

PACKAGING AND STORAGE

  • 4 liters plastic bucket (réf. 101203).
  • 10 liters plastic bucket (réf. 101010).
  • Shelf life is 1 year in unopened original packaging, protected from frost and extreme heat.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard, cement rendering, old walls, old paintwork, grainy wood.
  • On powdery substrates, apply a fixative.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Plastering knife.
  • Plaster trowel.
  • Flexible “Biflex” trowel or similar
  • Sanding with grain size P220 to P400.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying..
