Powder fine plaster

DESCRIPTION

Aquafill Skim Powder is a white skim plaster in powder form for manual application.
It is packaged in plastic buckets.
Aquafill Skim Powder is gypsum based with mineral fillers, water retention agents, thickeners and a setting regulator.

USE

  • Plaster for interiors, walls and ceilings on all standard substrates.
  • Ideal for perfect finition on plasterboards.
Typical spreadability 0.25 kg of powder / m²
Packaging 15 kg plastic bucket.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

Substrates:

  • Plaster, gypsum blocks, plasterboard, cement rendering if the substrate is in good condition.

Preparation of substrate:

  • The substrates, preparatory work and application conditions must be compliant with applicable building trade regulations (e.g. DTU) and standards.

Application tips:

  • Make up the mixture: the mixing ratio compared to the powder weight is 50% or about 7-8 litres of water per 15 kg bucket. Pour the powder into the water.
  • Effective usage time: 45 mins.
  • Apply with filling knife or plaster trowel.
  • Sanding with grain size 100 to 150.

Recommendations:

  • Ensure adequate ventilation to remove excess moisture and accelerate drying.
